Weed Stuck to Forehead

I recently read a short article about a man who got arrested for possession. You wouldn't believe how they found it. To make a long story short, a man 29 years of age, went into a convenience store and had a bag of weed stuck to his forehead. When an officer saw the man looking into his baseball cap, they got suspicious. When the man put his baseball cap back on his head, the bag of weed must have gotten stuck on his forehead. The officers went over to the man, peeled the bag of weed of his forehead and placed him under arrest.
